Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Enbom Group LLC ("ENBOM", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects through enbomjewellery.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Enbom Group LLC is responsible for your personal information. Our site is intentionally simple, and so is this policy.
The short version
- Our website is a static site. You can browse without creating an account, and there is no account system.
- Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- We use your information to make, ship and support your order. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
Information we collect
When you browse the site
- Technical data. Our site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested and the time of the request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for bot and attack protection.
- Your cart. The items you add to your cart are saved in your browser's local storage on your device so the cart survives a page reload. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you go to checkout. You can clear it at any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser's site data.
- Fonts. Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
- No tracking. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting, analytics cookies or other third-party tracking tools.
- Do Not Track. Because we don't track you across sites, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
When you place an order
Checkout happens on a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and the information needed for your order, and shares with us:
- your name, email address, shipping address and phone number (the courier needs it for delivery);
- what you ordered, the amount, and the date;
- limited payment information, such as card brand, the last four digits, billing country and postal code — never the full card number or security code.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive your email address or phone number and whatever you choose to include in your message (for example, photos of a ring for a warranty request).
How we use your information
- to process your payment, make your jewellery and ship it to you;
- to send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and replies to your messages;
- to handle cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty requests;
- to prevent fraud and protect our site, customers and business;
- to keep the business and tax records we are legally required to keep.
We only email you about your order or in reply to you. We don't send marketing emails unless you separately sign up for them, and every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
International transfers. Because your order is made and shipped from China, your name, address and order details are transferred to and processed in China and in Australia or New Zealand, as well as in the United States, where our company and several of our service providers are based (see "Overseas disclosure" below).
How long we keep it
We keep order, payment and correspondence records for as long as we need them to fulfill your order, provide warranty service, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements — generally up to 7 years after your order. Cloudflare and Stripe keep data according to their own retention policies.
Security
Our site is served only over HTTPS (encrypted). Payment information is handled by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI Data Security Standard; card details never pass through our site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit who can access customer information and share it only as described above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ksenia@enbom.site. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some information to complete your order, honour a warranty, or meet legal obligations, and we will tell you if that applies. We will verify your request by matching it to the email address and order details we have on file.
Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information or a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the Information Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 2020. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Overseas disclosure. To make and deliver your order, your information is disclosed to recipients outside Australia and New Zealand — mainly in China (our partner workshops and the shipping carrier) and in the United States (Stripe, Cloudflare, Google and our email provider, and our company's records). We share only what each recipient needs, as described in "Who we share it with".
Children
Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the site.
